1. What are some things ministries/congregations can do together?

A. Community Events and Worship Events where we pray, sing, praise, dance and break bread together (Praise In the Park, Praise Fest, Prayer Breakfast).

B. Christian dramas/plays, City Wide crusades, Outreach to the lost, Community Events such as Harvest Festival.

C. Reach out to the needs in the community such as Poverty Fair, programs in the schools, addressing the poor, hungry, homeless and alcohol and drug abuse addictions, pool benevolence funds to the non-churched, City-wide service projects such as neighborhood clean-ups, building/repairs.

D. Hold Men & Women Conferences, Prayer Retreats, Ecumenical/Interfaith studies and forums, bring in national level speakers & musicians.

E. Congregations can share services periodically, Congregation wide Thanksgiving Service on a Sunday Night, potluck, picnic and play together.

2. How can ministries/congregations support each other?

A. Get to know each other (build relationships) support and come up under each other, encourage each other, know each other’s mission to cross serve, and know each other’s needs, KEA, Youth Net continue working together.

B. Share ideas, goals and combine resources (volunteers, talents, skills, finances), network, promote each other’s causes, marketing.

C. Speak positively about each other, overlooking our differences, have Congregational leadership develop shared mission, goals, and ways to work together.

D. Identify people with skills and gifts and develop talent pools to help ministries/congregations.

E. Have a hub where we can learn more about one another, better communication of events, activities (website is a good start) maybe monthly publication or newsletter.

3. What would you like to see Klamath Bridges do to “Help His Church Reach Our Community”

A. Help us to partner and support with each other and bring the Body of Christ together. Keep us all connected, being a hub, a link or glue that keep us together.

B. Help to develop the community network, organize service events for people that are hungry to serve.

C. Develop varied communication links, newsletters, website, quarterly meeting with representative from congregations and ministries to share.

D. Coordinate an annual potluck where pastors, youth pastors, ministries can fellowship and talk, to get different ideas on how to reach the community.

E. Be the point organization to bring in some equipping ministries into the Basin that all congregations can be invited to come to.

F. Go out into the congregations and people and tell them what you are about!
